Sweden. During Krantz Challenge show on Saturday, July 13:th over 1000 cars came to cruise the streets of Härnösand. A wopping record for the city that’s considerd not that cruising friendly .
Herno Cruisers utilized roundabout system in town exemplary. Cruising guides used the freedom under responsibility and steered the viecles for a long glittering snake without lines, stop and jams when the cars glided up and down the main streets.
As cars grew in number routed hosts cruising on to “next roundabout” whereby more asphalt was made available. Nothing new but well executed.

-We had printed 1000 cruising stickers and when they were gone we stopped counting, said Herno Cruisers president Kiki Wiklund, happily this evening.
The whole town was on its feet in the warm evening
The littering was minimal and the car club cleaned late at night.
Worth to note was that the route went past several scenes with live performances as the music event “Bridge opening” went on the same weekend.
The police acted with great professionalism and exalted serenity that like good referrees of a hockey game they were there but they had no inclination to be seen and disturb the quiet game a small-town cruising has come to be.
– It is clear that if there will be 2.000 cars in 2015, it might be something else in the small town considering the flow. Well Härnösands municipality, the vendors and stores of Harnosand and Herno Cruisers in consultation with the police are more than willing to take a chance .
