Just in time for Härnösands Nostalgia Week and Krantz Challenge, Tina’s Diner in Harnosand goes up with The Krantz Burger Meal on the menu board.
Tina contacted Krantz and asked if they could use his name when the town is filled with nostalgia lovers and car dudes and if there were any own favorite.

The combo is a link back to the nocturnal voyages thrue Skule deep woods while there was still hitchhikers. For pinball and Comradio. For drinking Cuba Cola. For fueling 18.9 liters for three tens in the banknote tank and for playing cassette tapes of Frankie Lymon, Captain and Tenille and Glen Campbell.
A gate to the time when everything other than mustard and ketchup was met with skepticism in the serving hole in the wall.

Krantz left his recipes to Tina at Tina’s Diner. She bought ingredients and made three variants. Krantz came and tasted, sorted, modified with Tina and then the taste was there!
