A spinning wheel for real – all the way down the street by Alfred Krantz

Madeleine Andersson and Jonathan ‘the jack’ Lindholm are freshman students at the highschool of Harnosand, more specifically at the arts programme.
Nice weather, dry asphalt – time to let that cylinder breathe! After spending the entire winter indoors it turned out that the front wheel exhibited a greater need for speed than the rest of the bike.
The secondhand Yamaha Aerox was bought for 10 000 Swedish crowns (SEK)and Solveigh Andersson, mother, estimates the cost of spare parts to 9000 SEK.
That’s before the wheel spun off on its own.
The cashflow is nothing new to the dedicated.
– Wheel in place.
Bonus points for the organic, environmentally safe jack.
