Brothers Daniel and Marcus Forslén from Ervalla presents Volvo Duett 1962.
A popular workhorse that were seen frequently in the streets during the sixties and seventies in Sweden.
Swedish Telecom bought thousands as they were good service vehicles in the field and could load a lot in the back.

The engine was the reliable B18, in Forslén Brothers version, meritorious visible as also the diagonal tires.
This Volvo Duett is modernized with well exposed disc brakes.
For a Duett Expert it’s probably not unnoticed that the body shape is slightly different
If you look closely it also appears that the doors do not open completely the same as original however, they sit in the same place as on the Duett, next to the seat on both sides.
A look inside gives us a lesson in how evolution rushed the last few years. See how spartan they were. You and I forget so easily.
The author is unsure regarding the existing back end when there is a faint memory of doors but I don’t say nothing. Better safe that sorrow.
We thank the Forslén Brothers for showing this Volvo Duett from 1962.
